1. Plastic cups from McDonalds are great for playing in the water and scooping sand (this enables me to stop for a $1 pop guilt-free).
2. Riley should only be fed when strapped into her stroller. Failing to do so will result in some very sandy food.
3. Even on a hot day, it is not necessary to pack 86 ounces of water, 12 ounces of milk and 4 juice boxes for 2 kids. Not to mention, it's heavy to carry!
4. A stroller parked in the sand facing downhill will fall over if 3 kids are climbing on it.
5. Sand is hard to get out of a 13-month old's mouth. On a positive note, Riley learned after the first handful that sand is not tasty and didn't take a second helping.

That looks like a fun beach for kids. All the sand makes for some nice smooth skin after their shower doesn't it?
