We attended the Irish Festival in St. Paul on Sunday. It was an incredible day... cool and sunny with LOTS to see and do. We watched a herding dog demonstration, pet Irish dogs, got an Irish tattoo, listened to Irish music, danced an improvised Irish jig, shopped for Irish goods and ate Irish food (even cheese curds and cotton candy... who knew those were Irish??)
