Luke has officially attended his first volleyball nationals! While it will be some time before he hits the court (and the bar afterward), he did have a good time watching Daddy and just about anyone else who could jump high. He'd giggle when he saw someone fly through the air... so we strategically sat right at the opposing team's baseline and tried to throw off the jump servers. Tricky, huh? We found out that croc shoes are not a good substitute for tennis shoes when playing... luckily, a trip to the training station to apply 2 band aids helped cure Luke's pain (that and the chauffeured ride to the car, courtesy of Lori and Dane).
We also ran into a former teammate of Dan's, Tim, who was super cool to play with. Luke took some styling tips from Tim and now wears his hat backward "the way Tim does" and is careful to place his sunglasses in his shirt collar when inside. (that picture will follow, once I find the misplaced camera!)
