Luke and Vaughn got together for a little summertime fun while Nanna was in town. We played and played and played outside. Finally, we let them play "unsupervised" while we worked on getting supper ready. The door was open so we could monitor them while they played with sidewalk chalk. Afterall, how much trouble could you get into with sidewalk chalk? Well, when you mix sidewalk chalk with water and little boy arms, it's possible to make quite a mess! They both walked into the house with grins as wide as a crater... they were so proud to show off their newly red arms.
It was necessary to make a quick trip to the hose to wipe off what we could prior to going upstairs for a soapy bath. Once in the bath tub, they tried to make just as big of a mess with bubbles. It was hilarious to watch them play!
