We gathered at the Hessburgs on Saturday for a little family time and holiday leftovers. It's always entertaining when Luke and Vaughn get together. The two of them get along so well! In fact, they had so much to do that neither took an afternoon nap. (Not a big deal for Vaughn... a potential catastrophe for Luke!)There were lots of nice gifts and lots of fun stories. In fact, we relived some Christmas classics... and even created some humiliating new ones...

What a fun Christmas! Vaughn and Luke do share so nicely - those marshmallow stir sticks with straws from Madeline & Avery were a big hit with the hot chocolate in that huge mug Karla made for Beth many years ago. Did you notice how Riley is checking on I-I's eyes to see if he's really sleeping? Brocker looks so coy, but don't let looks fool you - he's a real tough and tumble kid!
Oh, Luke, do you see the squirrel outside? There he goes!
