Ever since Dan returned from Nationals with his gold medal, Luke has been obsessed about wearing his "bracelet". He even asks for it when he gets up in the morning! It's impossible Luke recognizes that having a medal makes him a winner, but his Mommy and Daddy sure feel like he's a top prize! :)

Yes, Luke, you're a winner in I-I and Nanna's view too, whether you wear a metal or not. With your Daddy's volleyball hands, you may have a few earned metals down the road, who knows. In the meantime, you can share your Daddy's claim to fame. His team did really well to come back and win the gold. How's Daddy's shoulder doing?
