Riley has a pretty thick head of blonde hair and long, unruly eyebrows. She is a content little thing and loves to be rocked. She's also got shoulders that would make most NFL coaches look past the fact that she's a girl. In fact, despite Mommy's wide hips, her right collarbone was fractured during delivery. The doctors are confident she'll heal quickly, but for now we're keeping her arm as immobile as possible. (Riley wasn't the only one who suffered... if you want details about the shape of Mommy's pelvis, send a private email. :) ha!)
We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her! Luke's first "Riley sighting" is a memory we'll hold close to our hearts forever. He is such a proud big brother and he's doled out more "Riley kisses" that all of us combined. We're looking forward to introducing her to everyone over the next couple of months. I'll do my best to get photos downloaded and posted as soon as possible.

Congratulations on your new arrival! I'm so happy for you! I hope you and Riley are both recovering well with lots of TLC from Dan and Luke. It's so fun to see your blog...I'll definitely check it out and follow. Can't wait to see pictures of that little cutie!
