We spent the night before Halloween with good friends at the Annual Johnson Pumpkin Carving! It was great to catch up with our "up north" friends and marvel at how everyone's kids have grown. Such a change from 10 years ago when we were all crazy 30 year olds with no kids and no bedtime to adhere to. (There wasn't a juice and water cooler at those parties, either!)Luke had a great time with all of the kids, Jaedon, Jenna, Libby, Roman, Axel, Bella, and our wonderful host, Dane. I'm pretty sure there was a path worn through the carpet from all of the running they did. They played hide and seek and Luke learned the terms I'm on a "T" (timeout) and SCATTER! It won't be long before the adults can retire to the living room and leave the carving station in the hands of the kids!
