"I'm TWO now, can't you tell?"

Anyone who knows Riley might argue that she's been well into her twos for months, but she must have just read the decree that gives her permission to be independent in EVERY WAY! She's hilarious! She can do anything she sets her mind to doing. If she wants to eat a tortilla before dinner, she'll find a way to get to them. She makes herself comfortable wherever she is. And when mom takes away the permanent marker, she finds a way to get into the pen cabinet. She can do ANYTHING she sees her brother doing, in fact, she's planting some mischievous ideas in Luke's head. So far, the best way we've found to deal with her is to pull out the camera and start snapping pictures. Someday we'll pull them out when she's raising an independent daughter, herself. :)
