While Dan was away at nationals, we were lucky to have Lori Johnson and Vidar as overnight guests! The pictures don't do Vidar justice. He is an Irish Wolfhound. Luke loves his 165 lb. friend to pieces! Luckily, Vidar loves (or at least tolerates) Luke, too. I'm starting to think a dog would be a better babysitter for Luke than a human. When there are dogs around, Luke forgets to eat, sleep, or explore in the kitchen cupboards. He's content to giggle at Sammy and Vidar and chase them from couch to couch.
