Yeah, I know it's a gross topic. However, it has been consuming our household for 3+ days, thus has earned a mention on the blog. Here's what we've tried:
1. Fruit, fruit, and more fruit!
2. Whole grains
3. Cutting back on whole milk and other dairy
4. Increasing liquid intake (He's now an avid apple juice drinker)
5. Crawling up & down, up & down, up & down the stairs
6. Prunes
7. A little soap somewhere special
8. Bouncing up and down (Dan thinks this is crazy... I think enlisting the help of gravity makes sense!
9. Sympathy grunts from Mommy and Daddy
10. Metamucil
After a combination of those 10 things, Luke was finally successful. If you have advice for us, please post... we'll try just about anything to prevent this ordeal from happening again. :)
BTW, he's not grunting in the photos... his latest "trick" is to tense up his face and shake it just to get a laugh from Mommy and Daddy.

You could have fooled me - but it wouldn't have been the first time. My advice is let Nanna have him for a couple of days...
I think having his cousin give him a few body slams would do the trick or if all else fails just take him to the fair and give him greasy onion rings! :)
