The weather in Harwood over the weekend was quite mild (for November, anyway). We were able to get outside for several long walks. It was fun to watch Luke tramp through the leaves and explore the woods. He did so much walking that he often went to bed early and got 12-13 hours of quality sleep!

I can see we will have to keep a close eye on Luke, the explorer. His instinctive independence seems to be activated with a quick stride. I don't think we'll take him shopping at West Acres any time soon...it could be too reminiscent of our experience with Mommy's independent spirit at that age, when she led us from one end to other without ever looking back.
It looks like Luke had a wonderful time with Grandpa & Nanna. We don't mind sharing Luke,but everyone was asking where he was. He sure had a great time in the woods by all the cute pictures.We really do have a lot to be thankful for.
