Fun weekend in Fargo

We had a great time in Fargo this past weekend. Luke attended "Nanna and Grandpa's training camp for 1-year-olds". Mommy and Daddy along with their friends, Lori, Curtis, Amy, and Alex, enjoyed all Fargo had to offer. The adults spent the majority of time Downtown. The Fargo Street Fair was in full swing. No matter how much Daddy begged, Mommy wouldn't let him get sucked into buying tons of crafts. :) On Saturday evening the adults took in a F-M Redhawks baseball game. It was an exciting game and the Redhawks were victorious! The remainder of the time was spent eating and visiting! Oh, and there was an engaging discussion about Grandpa Russ' Hereford bulls at 2:30 am...

While the adults were playing, Luke was working his tail off with Nanna and Grandpa. He worked on climbing up and down the stairs, clapping for himself at the top and bottom steps. (Good thing he's a proficient crawler...I'm not sure what would have happened if he would have fallen while Nanna was snapping pictures!)He walked around the living room holding on tightly to Nanna and Grandpa's fingers. He drove the little people bus around the room. It wasn't all work, however. Luke and Amy had fun checking out the latest trends in sun glasses! He refueled with freshly pureed carrots and peas from the garden. When Nanna realized that she had accidentally given Luke a bottle of skim milk instead of whole milk, she quickly restored his "fat" intake with a bowl of vanilla ice cream.

It's always fun to get back to Fargo and spend time with friends and family! Too bad weekends are only 2 days long!
